Contacting me through the enquiry form

If you use the private-classes enquiry form, I process the data you enter (name, email, message) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in responding). Providing this data is voluntary; without it I can’t process your enquiry.

Hosting and technical log data

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser) to provide and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

No cookies, no tracking

This site currently sets no cookies and uses no analytics, marketing, or tracking tools. No profiling occurs. This will be updated in advance if that changes.

Recipients and processors

Netlify, Inc. processes form enquiries and technical access data as a processor, under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement.

Transfers to third countries (USA)

Netlify is US-based; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Netlify is certified) and, additionally, EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal situation around US transfers is evolving; I monitor it and will update this policy as needed.

Retention

Enquiries are deleted once handled, and in any case within 12 months. Technical logs follow Netlify’s own retention periods.
