I operate as a “Neue Selbständige” under § 2(1) no. 12 of the Austrian Trade Act (private instruction is exempt from trade regulation) and am therefore not a member of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

Small-business status (“Kleinunternehmerin”) under § 6(1) no. 27 of the Austrian VAT Act — no VAT is charged.
